Charles Lilley & Associates P.C. was formed in 2006 as the successor to Lilley & Associates LLP. The firm emphasizes complex class action and shareholder derivative litigation in the securities, consumer, antitrust, and commercial law arenas. Firm members have participated in complex civil litigation in federal and state courts throughout the United States and are licensed in federal and state Courts in Colorado and Minnesota as well as the Eastern District of Wisconsin, the U.S. Appeals Court for the Third Circuit, and have been admitted pro hac vice in numerous other jurisdictions.
