Walking up Stout Street from the 16th Street Mall, you enter the Equitable Building between two green awnings. Another entrance is on 17th Street near Stout. (Read more on the Equitable Building here) Parking & Access:Parking: There is limited on street parking on Stout Street. We suggest the lot on the corner of 15th & Stout, which normally charges only $5.00 per hour. The closest parking garages are located less than a block away at either 1521 Stout Street (on right side before the 16th Street Mall) or 1635 Stout Street (just before the Magnolia Hotel). Light Rail & RTD: The Southbound stop for Light Rail is just across Stout Street from our office. The Northbound stop is one block away at 16th Street Mall and California. A free shuttle bus travels the 16th Street Mall and RTD bus stops for all routes are very close. Access: Our building is fully accessible. For after hours and weekend appointments, the lobby security agent can let you in if you come to one of the two main lobby doors.
